submission guidelines

VIBEindia is an online literary magazine with the single aim of providing a place for interaction between aspiring writers and discerning readers. Getting your work published here has the dual advantage of proving your worth in that the editors have selected your submission from hundreds of others AND provides you with invaluable feedback from our readers in the form of comments. You might also want to include a bio and hompage link to be featured along with the work selected.

All submissions to be sent to vibeindia@yahoo.com with the category stated in the subject.

we are presently accepting submissions for the following:

SHORTS: send in your short stories and be read and critiqued by the world.
POEMS: delight our readers with the wonderful music of words.
CRITIQUE: share your views on the latest/your favourite movie/book/music - just make sure your article is witty/pithy enough to enthrall the audience.
VICTUALS: send in exotic recipes and/or deep insights into gastronomic delights.

we will soon start a series called ONE FINE DAY. Send in short real-life incidents spanning no more than a day- an incident that left a strong impression on you and which portray the vagaries of life in some sweet/bitter way.

Note: While writing on adult/sensitive issues take care to be subtle. Our editors decision is final on what gets published, we will get back to you in all cases.
